John wants to identify the values commonly shared by his employees. He is convinced that new employees are more likely to appreciate the opportunity to work at Harshoo6 if they share the same values with the existing Harshoo6 employees.

He creates a Company Culture record based on the Personality Test questionnaire. The answers from the current employees are used to identify the common personality traits shared amongst the Harshoo6 employees. Current employees are given the option to fill in Personality Test questionnaire anonymously (as a survey), or authenticated (as exam).

• Once the active employees fill in the questionnaire, John can view the Correlation report for the Personality Trait.

• When an applicant finishes the Personality test, John can access the company culture report for the applicant and see how much the applicant (blue line) is different from the average personality trait for the company.
