Harshoo6 runs annual Performance and development reviews (PDR) for its employees. John wants to automate the PDR process using ApplicantSieve. He aims to achieve two benefits: save time for both reviewers and reviewees, and create ability to analyse the data from the PDRs.
- John selects six questionnaires and creates an exam set named PDR. The questionnaires aim to evaluate the prospects of an employee to become a good team player and to lead a team, as well as to identify the preferred career development stream.

- Each month, John selects the employees whose PDR is due that month, and assigns them to the exam set PDR.

- ApplicantSieve adds the questionnaires to the accounts of the selected employees, and sends an email to each employee.

- After the questionnaires are filled, the reviewer can view them during the PDR interview with the reviewee.
- John and his HR department can use the answers from the questionnaires to define a Company Culture object in ApplicantSieve and try to identify the values commonly shared amongst their employees (see Company Culture).
